YOUR MORNING
Your team building day begins from a location that suits you. Your skippers will be ready to greet the group, guide everyone to their boats, and run through a short safety brief before we head out onto the water.
Once underway, the morning naturally becomes a relaxed icebreaker. Cruising in convoy is a great way for colleagues to mix, chat between boats, and enjoy the views as we make our way through the Solent. It also sets the tone for the day, light-hearted, memorable, and far removed from the office.
The run past the Isle of Wight’s coastline offers plenty to take in, providing an easy backdrop for conversation and connection in an informal setting.
LUNCH AT THE HUT
By midday, we’ll make our way to your chosen lunch stop, either dropping anchor for lunch on board or heading to a nearby marina restaurant. It’s the ideal moment for everyone to regroup, share the morning’s highlights, and unwind over food and drinks.

YOUR AFTERNOON
After lunch, the afternoon is all about easygoing group activities. If you’re running multiple boats, guests can swap between them for a different experience. Some may want a faster, more adventurous run, while others might prefer a quieter bay for paddle boarding or a swim. We’ll coordinate it all so both options fit seamlessly into the day.
Once anchored, there’s time for paddle boards, friendly competitions, or simply relaxing in the water. We can also raft the boats together so the whole group can socialise as one.
When you’re ready, we’ll form up the convoy and start the run back. If the group is up for it, the skippers can add a few fun manoeuvres along the way, always safely, for a last round of photos and laughter before we head in.
Upon arrival, your skipper will help everyone ashore and assist with any bags, rounding off a day that feels energising, memorable, and refreshingly different.
