Itinerary For Foodies

MORNING

YOUR MORNING

Your day on the water begins from a pick-up point that suits you. One of our skippers will meet you on arrival, walk you through the boat, and make sure everyone is comfortable with the safety brief before we cast off.

Once underway, we’ll set a course for the western Solent and enjoy an unhurried run past Cowes, Lymington, Yarmouth and Hurst Castle. It’s a stunning stretch of coastline and ideal for those first photo stops of the day.

Depending on your timings and reservation at The Hut, we can take a detour towards The Needles and Alum Bay. The backdrop here is exceptional, perfect for a swim, a little exploring, or simply taking in the views from the deck.

Afterwards, we’ll continue on to Colwell Bay where we’ll anchor. The Hut’s tenders will come alongside to collect you, leaving you to step ashore effortlessly for lunch.

LUNCH

LUNCH AT THE HUT

The moment you arrive, you’re greeted with that unmistakable beach-club atmosphere, sunshine, upbeat tunes and views across the Solent that could easily be the Med. Settle in with a drink and enjoy a long lunch overlooking the anchored boats.

If you’re torn on what to order, their Surf and Turf is a firm favourite for good reason.

AFTERNOON

YOUR AFTERNOON

After lunch, your tender will bring you back to the boat and we’ll raise anchor for a gentle cruise towards Newtown Creek. This sheltered nature reserve is one of the Solent’s quietest and most charming anchorages.

Here you’re free to paddleboard, swim, or simply drift and enjoy a drink on deck. Keep an eye on the shoreline, seals often appear around the entrance.

When you’re ready, we’ll set off for a smooth run back to your chosen drop-off point. Our skipper will help you ashore and assist with any belongings, rounding off a relaxed and memorable day on the water.
